How is my order packaged for shipping?
We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or bubble mailers with no mention of the store name or contents on the outside of the package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as secure E-transfers for customers within Canada.
What should I do if my glass item arrives broken?
While we pack items securely, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the broken product and the packaging immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to a wide range of international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by their local government.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used.
